Purchasing your beef

A $250 Non-Refundable deposit is required to reserve your beef. Wait time for processing will vary depending on age of beef at time of deposit. 

Once the beef you have placed a deposit reaches the weight for processing, you will be contacted for payment of the estimated 50% of total cost. Total cost will be provided once hang weight is provided by processor. 

We can have your beef cut to your preference, or use our standard beef cut sheet. 

We can deliver your beef to our local Custom-Exempt processor, or a processor of your choice within 50 miles of Huffman Texas. (further distances may be available at a charge) 

Beef will be butchered and packaged in vacuum sealed packaging, once completed you will be charged the remaining balance and can schedule pick-up!
